Once your appointment has been booked and confirmed, please see the Concierge in the Lobby.
Your name will be on our Spa Guest List to collect a key and come to the 5th floor.
You may park in Cynthia’s Spa Reserved Space which is located just to the right as you pull into the Public Parking area. The elevators are just behind you.
Please come up to the 5th floor, TURN RIGHT from the Parkade Elevator and we are just down the hall.
COMING UP FROM THE LOBBY:
Come up to the 5th floor and turn LEFT.
PLEASE NOTE BATHROOMS ARE IN THE LOBBY, AND ON THE 2ND FLOOR.
